Air Walker:
The Air Walker provides two side-by-side exercise positions which deliver cardiovascular benefits by simulating the running motion, although with straighter legs and no impact.
The exercise completely avoids the impact stress runners often experience on feet, knees, hips and lower back. Many people cannot tolerate the jarring motion of jogging.
Walking is a good alternative but it does not stretch or fully activate the important muscles in the upper thigh.
The Air Walker improves both cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. Exercise levels can be of 5 to 15 minutes duration. Experiment with various speeds and different levels of stretch. 
CAUTION
The Air Walker is not play equipment. It is specifically designed for structured fitness training. Use the equipment for the exercises as intended. The swinging components, if swung indiscriminately, could cause an accident if children stand too close. Children under 13 years should not be in the vicinity without supervision. The Air Walker is not recommended for Elementary Schools, or areas that are openly accessible to children under 13 years.
