The Bounding Bars apparatus promotes the important motor skill of agile jumping. This exercise uses the total body with emphasis on the muscles in the legs.
The three bars are low rounded barriers which can be used for side-to-side frog leaping down the length of the apparatus -- this works on building agility, leg strength and endurance. For a simpler version, you can jump from one side to the other, repeatedly, using a one leg take-off or two.
