The Lat Pull Down provides two side-by-side exercise stations in one. This piece of equipment delivers basic muscle toning and strengthening self weighted exercises for the upper body and back.
The Lat Pull Down develops upper body strength while simultaneously strengthening the biceps, latissimus dorsi, and rear deltoids in the pulling motion.
Exercise can be done in repetitions. Starting off with 5 to 15 repetitions, and building thereafter. Experiment with different levels of intensity.
